              Like everyone else I was a skeptical abou the HCG Diet as everyone else!  Let's face it...there are so many diet scams out there and people who want to take our money.   After spending many months researching this diet and actually talking to people who had done it with incredible results I decided the only way I could prove it to myself was to do it myself!

For years I tried to control my weight through exercise...and you know what I decided?  Exercise made me more hungry and I was so starving after a workout I ate back all the calories I had lost while exercising.
