Jan has twenty years experience teaching adolescents and fourteen years experience as a Careers Adviser. In 2004 she began Life Coaching, seeing clients individually and running workshops in Setting and Achieving Compelling Goals, Creating Success, Emotional Health and Well-being, Creating Outstanding Relationships, Resolving Conflicts, Enhancing Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence. She is the author of two books ‘Magical Weight Control’ and ‘Strategies for Happiness’.
Jan’s excellent teaching and presenting skills, enthusiasm for life and her ability to effortlessly develop rapport with her audiences make her an inspiring presenter.
Much of Jan’s individual coaching work is centered around empowering her clients to embrace a positive model of the world and developing their skills and strategies to conquer depression and anxiety.
