APPOINTMENTS

You can generally get an appointment within a week. After hours appointments are available monday to thursday until 7.30pm but you may have to book at least a week in advance for those. I am not available on Fridays.

During your first appointment I will spend some time getting to know you and discovering what problems you have and which one you would like to work on first. We will discuss the best way of approaching your problem and how you can best begin working on the problem yourself at home. So that you can make fast progress towards your goal Iwill always set tasks for you to complete in your own time. These tasks are an important part of our work together and you will get the best results if you make a committment to completing them between each session. All change therapies and coaching techniques that I use are 'do with' not 'do to'. In other words we will be working 'with' each other so that you can achieve the quickest most successful outcome.

If you are making an appointment for hypnosis we may or may not get time to actually begin the hypnotic work during the first session. Hypnosis works best as part of a planned therapy program and if you want a great result then it is rarely used as a stand along therapy.

FEES AND CHARGES

Life Coaching, Counselling 1 hour   -  $100

Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, Psych-K, Energy Healing  2 hours - $200

Quit Smoking Package - $450

Includes 90 minute initial consultation + NLP, EFT, Hypnotherapy
3 sessions of repeat hypnotherapy & NLP
Self-Hypnosis CD for home use
Support resource materials - Books, DVDs etc

I respect that my clients have busy lives and are often pushed for time so I ask that you respect my time also.  Some sessions are 2 hours so last minute cancellations are extremely inconvenient. Please try and give me 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment so that appointment time can be offered to someone else, otherwise cancellation fees may apply.
